On DC/PC v.2, it was found in these locations:
Greennill: Ultimate Forest 2 Box
Purplenum: Ultimate Forest 2 Box
Redria: Ultimate Cave 2 Box
Yellowboze: Ultimate Forest 2 Box
In Ep 1&2, it's not available yet. Why they don't have it here, is beyond me.

It exists, just unobtainable as of yet.
