Try eBay or other JP import stores. You could find them.
No doubt that this area is equivalent to Pioneer 2 and all, but is it actually on-board the ship, I wonder? I saw the videos and the place doesn't seem to have any windows!

Afraid not, there's little robots that walk around in there. Not sure about the more human NPCs.
