Help with Delsabre's Quests...

Greetings everybody. I was just curious as to how I do the Delsabre's Buster Quest. I honestly dont even know where to begin, or what quest initiates it. I have Delsabre's right arm and would appreciate a link or some info on the exact steps to obtaining the weapon. As for the Shield, I dont have the left hand yet, but I would love to know that quest as well incase I do get it eventually. Also, if anybody knows how to get that chainsaw looking weapon, that would be great. That thing looks very impressive. Thank you...

ok. what u need to do is get your delsbaer right arm. make sure you can go back and do a previous quest as you wil need to go back to Dr. osto's research or usealed door quest. once there find Dr.montague and he will ask for a delsabers right or left arm. he will then make the shield or the buster for u!
