APPEARANCE: A black/green painted hover car (like those ones on P2), in the shape of an elongated triange, with a pair of blocky engines in the back. The cockpit is in the shape of a sphere, with a military HUD added in.
STRENGTHS: With some 'extra' (IE: Illegal) hover generators it has great turning. Due to some other 'extra' addons, it has great armor, too.
WEAKNESSES: It has poor exceleration and a relatively low top speed.
WEAPON(s): A forward firing photon beam.

APPEARANCE- Its the biggest katana ever made in history !! It can fly, thanks to Nasca's secret abilities.
STRENGTHS- Good acceleration and handling (great for cutting corners ), Top notch attack and defense.
WEAKNESSES- Low top speed,there is no place for the rider to sit so high speeds are not possible and the rider is quite vulnerable to direct attacks.
WEAPON(s)- Its a BIG ASS KATANA, for crying out loud !! What else did you expect !?
WEAPON DESCRIPTION/EFFECT- It can wave itself around to cut the opposition into shreds. If someones bumbs into it, well... lets just say that,its not going to be pretty.

STRENGTHS - AMAZINGLY FAST, good control.
WEAKNESSES - driver get shocked by electricity repeatidly
WEAPON(s) - lightning discharge, energy waves
WEAPON DESCRIPTION/EFFECT - lightning discharge, this weapons is emitted from the vehicles main body the blast rips apart all vehicles in a 15 meter radius (this can also be used as a shield since it nullify all damage the ship takes during that time)
Energy waves, this is emitted from Matrix himself, he opens his cockpit and emits the waves from his palms the waves (darkish black) will immediately tear apart anything they come in contact with!!

APPEARANCE: sleek, smooth, yellow bike (think Tron the movie, now make those motorcycles yellow!
STRENGTHS: Extremely fast and aerodynamic
WEAKNESSES: can only turn at angle below 360 degrees (it's rapid though)and explodes easily when colliding with another car/bike/hovercraft/whatever other vehicle (does damage though)
WEAPON(s): Rappy Missil; Rappy Toe Nails
WEAPON DESCRIPTION/EFFECT: Rappy Missil - shoots a missile the shape of a bowling pin with rappy painted as it (2 per race)
Rappy Toe Nails - Minigun attached to bike that literally shoots rappy toenails rapidly; good for popping tires (300 per race)

EDIT: I changed the Strengths and Weaknesses to match the motorcycles of Tron more
