USB memory card for GC

I am thinking of getting one of these for christmas and I was wondering how good it is. What are the pros and cons. One more important thing...Can it have multi region saves on it? What I mean is that can it have a US save and a JP save on it at the same time without having to format it? Right now to play the import of EP III, I need a new memory card so I can format it (unless I am mistaken)

Also, this is the card that I am talking about, is this the one I should be getting or is this the only one?

You can only have English and Japanese save files on the one memory card, if you play a game using freeloader.
