Well the 1/80 is an estimate. The actual drop rate is set at 1/64, but the drop-anything rate is 0 (that's why he drops nothing). Depending on what ST changes the drop-anything rate to it could range from 1/64 (100% drop-anything rate) to insanely low. All the other bosses are at 80% drop-anything rates so I just assumed that's what Olga and Falz will be placed and that would make the gene show up on average 1 out of 80 kills.
