Popular opinion says Olga flow drops it on ultimate, but it is said the drop rate as of now is 0, meaning someone at sega has to activate the drop before people can start finding it.

From what I have heard (I don't play online), Sega has not yet released the ability for Dark Falz or Olga Flow to drop any items. But when it is unlocked, the chances are 1/80 that you will get Parasetic Gene "FLOW" from Olga Flow on Ultimate. This will only be able to be done online (now this is what I heard, not saying it's true)

supposedly, online it IS possible to get the flow gene.

you have to go and see flowen's soul, and when he dissapears, he drops the gene.

not true. with my level 105 hucast, we defeated ult flow and saw flowen. no drop though. ive seen him about three times, my brother more then that.

It's not a for sure thing though. aparently the drop rate is set to flowen only. same for Rico. I'm not sure is using a RED weapon make the difference though.

The drop is supposedly random, meaning you could do that over 60 times, and not have it drop, or it could drop the first time. The game is random. Keeep trying, it may work eventually, and if it does, please try to get video evidence of Flowen dropping it.
