Burning Rangers where get?

Hey all! are you familiar with the Song "Burning Rangers" on PSO? if your second player and doing the movie quest you can play it with the jukebox in your quest items thing or you can purchase disc. vol 3 from Gallon in his shop. I happen to like the song and am wondering if theres anywhere i can get it? i mean is it on a soundtrack for PSO at all? or only in japan? Also if i do get it on a cd is it possible to take it from a cd and put onto an MP3 player? thanks for all the help!
