+ [Plus] Cards?

On a bunch of the new card database enters, the cards have names like, "Chao +." What's the + for? Is it a second version of the card?

And an extra note, a picture of Chao + would be nice ^_^

You can have cards like Rag Rappy + , + mean this cards are more rare -(i think).

And card background is gold color stats are different from normal cards not +.

I dont understand why ST added this + cards better have different cards..

CHAO+ is chao with gold background if you want pic i try take it today.
