I've asked about rare mags before - especially pitri.

This question is a bit more.. essential to me getting one ever though...

Is it true that there's absolutely NO WAY to get mag parts offline?

On Valentine's Day I did see a Love Rappy in the ruins but I just got an Angel Luck from it..

I'd especially like Mag Parts 502 or Heart of Angel..

Is there any hope for this sadly offline only player??

You will NOT be able to get cells offline. (at least not legitly)

Love rappies are not Valentines day specific. They are simply the rare version of rappies for ep. 2. (excpet on holidays. Then the Love rappy is replaced by either the Easter Rappy, the Hallo Rappy or St. rappy.) Other than that, love rappies can be found all year round.
