This is a thing that's been bothering me for a while.
ID cards (or at least the Pinkal Card anyway... given their 30,000 to 1 drop rates that is the only one I've found...) have no special attack.

Fair enough you might think. But the odd thing is, that their description is the same as that of s-ranks, implying that there might be a way to add a special attack on?

The only question is... how? I've tried the obvious thing, and wasn't able to add one on in the shop quest.

Of course, it might just be nothing, or something that will come as a later quest. But if anyone knows anything about it, it would be interesting.

The description used on the Section ID cards and the S-Ranks is used on a fair number of weapons. I guess that's ST's generic description for when they can't come with a description for it.

Yeah, and some weapons with that description do have a special (Snow Queen, Burning Visit, Double Cannon, etc.)

Oh joy, that's nice to hear... I guess the id cards really are just for collectors.

Ah well, thanks for your help.
