Ok, I won! Yay me!
However, there was a draw between KodiaX and Meira.
For the sake of democracy there is going to be one last 24hour vote to decided who is the second captain.

->When I get back from work on tuedays I'll count up the votes and a winner is decided.

->KodiaX and Meira CAN vote for themselves if they want.

-> If there is a draw, 2 votes each for example then the first one to reach the draw number wins.
