No, those are all the cards that are only findable in a single mode. So if you can find a Rag Rappy in all 4 modes, it wasn't listed. Basically, this helps you by knowing when you can stop Reiz Bashing on Multiplayer and move to regular offline due to not getting any new cards.

Color me confused but what does the "Offline and Online" mode mean? How can you be both or is this simply stating that these cards ARE NOT available from any multiplayer modes?

Correct, not available in Multi, just standard Scenario and Online modes.
