it's a pretty splash of color in the lobby?
no, Section ID affects nothing other than the symbol on your suit of your avatar, and of course what colour of chair you have.
your main character class also makes no difference other than aesthetics.

Maybe somebody should make something like this sticky. This is gonna get asked soooo many times.
