Lobby Noises?

I was in Vega, and one player had sparkles going around them and was making noises like "Hi", "No", guitar noises, and traffic. How do you do this?

Not played for a while but I thikn it's after the smilies in the Y chat menu. Keep pressing it until it comes up.

I never realized this, but the lobby noises are REALLY, REALLY annoying when 10 people do it at once.

The lobby noises are annoying when one person does it repeatedly. :/ Seems the lobby spammers are some of the first to convert to EPIII... Had a couple in Antares while I was there. However if they are playing EPIII then that means... Yay! Antares 8 without spam! Or without as much anyways... Or at least with more courtesy hopefully.
