They don't. Pal Rappy doesn't have a card. At least, not yet. They gave the slot for him to Rag Rappy + instead.

Pal rappy is in Episode 3 as a card. I just ripped the game to my harddrive to look at the files (and convert the new music to mp3)
Anyway there is a PAL RAPPY card (the file name is: bm_ene_palrappy_model.bml) so at some point I'm sure the card will be found by a lucky player
This is sorta off topic and you may already know but it looks like there is a new GBA game also to be found called psoman. heh I just found a Billy Hatcher cinema on the PSO ep. 3 disk also lol.

Pal Rappy can not be found. it exists yes, but it can not be found through normal play. and no it can not be found in any form of play. it will be an E card, waiting for a future release. which is why Robo47 doesnt have one, even though he has all other available cards, including the Del Rappy.On 2004-03-04 00:58, VioletSkye wrote:
