FanArt: Request: Can someone do a pic of chibi Sonic?

Ok. here's the problem.
My sister's birthday is April 5th. I figured, since I know some talented people, I ask someone to draw a chibi Sonic for her birthday card.
BIG MISTAKE! The gypsy put a curse on m-
Whoops. got off track.
Well, Navi has the big project and a few requests, and I didn't realize Scott Kuda was over run with requests until after I asked him. So, this is where you come in!

All I want is Sonic, in a pose, wearing a birthday hat, saying "Happy Birthday, Mary!" The size has to be, at the most, the size of 8"1/2 by 11" (I think.)
I also need to know if you want credit for the picture. It has to be done, at the latest, by April 4th morning, PST time (western part of the states.)
Don't do it if it's too hard for you.
If someone already said they'll do it, don't think you can't! I'll put them together.

EDIT: Change the ' to " (so it's inches).

Gah! I completely forgot about the chibi part... sorry, man.

I'm kinda happy with it... first time I've drawn Sonic in probably... 8 years? Heh.
