paitence doesn't seem to be working properly for me

what i mean is, even though the cost of it has supposedly been reduced to 2 from 3, if you have less than 3 dfp pts, you still can't use it. if you have more than three, you can use it and it does only subract two from the total. but if you only have an even two, it can't be used. for me anyway.

i really hope they fix the fixes soon. it was quite annoying to think, "yay i can use paitence on a 2 now", roll a 2, have it in hand, and not be able to use it.

I've had the same problem with Flame Visit. Cost went from 5 to 4, but you can't equip it on a 4 atk roll. Roll a 5 or higher, you can, but with only a 4 atk cost.
