I have, actually. For a damn good reason.
I couldn't walk due to my knee surgery I had a week or so earlier.

Mall of America is NOT fun when your leg is throbbing in pain and you cannot walk on it. Bonus: Sitting in that frickin small scooter, having to bend my knee the furthest its ever gone, gave me about 35 degrees worth of movement that I didn't have before.
