How do you beat her?
she kills all my weapons in one shot and then after she attacks me directly and wins.
any tips?

Well I beat her by rushing her before her pierce attack kicks in and used mostly hp weps and shield mix in with some AP raising cards. Hope this helps

Abuse the fact that the CPU never blocks after the first attack. Equip 2 weapons, go heavy on the action cards, and throw everything at her after you do a piddly likely blocked attack with the first weapon.

All I did was equip as many 2 Star weapons I could which would do over 5 damage. MechGuns, Sabers, Swords, ect. I could get about 4 of them and a good sheild equipped by the time I got up to her. Each round I took off about 20 HP.. so by the end of the 5th round, she was dead.

All you have to do to beat her is use saligun because she cant get parilized and equip 1 wep that cost like 4,I used a red saber and 2 weps that cost 2,I used 2 mechs and she died fast

obviously... there are many strategies and deck variations and no single answer to this question. but like arislan said, check the guides for some help

im glad this is up, im stuck on it as well, and to be honest i think its a load of pollux.
anyway i use tp defence as last resort
and durandals to attack,
