I went over my friends house one day and he got his free 30 day trial for ep 1&2 not too long b4. I looked at his one charater and it had a mag lvl 1000 something. Is it possible w/o using hacks? He still has it today. Weird O_o.

Nope. 200 is the max availible legitly.
There are many 1304 Mags availible online (though I haven't seen one yet; but then, I've never been in Vega).

I want a mag like that just for killing my super High level friends who laugh at my low levels.
well my ATP is almost the same but everything else is lower
There are hacked 1300 Pushans (Green)
But the other one is a hacked 1304 Adhaka.
They purposly made a ashaka so people would be able to use cells on the hacked mags.

Heh. I was in a game once where after we killed Falz, they were trading their hacked MAGs like they were earned rares.
I think 1000+ mags make the game easy, just like PWR mags on a HUcast or HUmar. I think it's a general mind set for people that play PSO to make it as easy as possible.
