I pressed A while it was saving on the news screen and what else to happen but , *Noise!!!* Yes, it happened to me again, im starting to get pissed off with this damn game.. I lost my Episode 1 and 2 files to, anyone know what could of caused this by any chance? I mean, I understood FSODX by FOnewmkiller before but FSODX from the News screen, Oh c'mon!

Yeah, i'm thinking busted GCN. You may want to pick up a new one.
There is nothing wrong with my GCN, it is that i pressed "A" too fast on the Save screen where the news is shown causing it to FSOD me and because it was a save it was an FSODX.
Your GCN may just need cleaning. Since the game doesn't even begin taking you to the ship select screen until it has finished saving, I really don't think that pressing A had anything to do with it.
Actually, it can take you to the ship select screen while still saving. Might be due to my DSL connection, as everything pops up pretty fast if I desire it by mashing 'A'.

I usually on a normal basis skip ahead to the ship select scren even while saving--so you can do it, and it doenst harm anything unless for some reason the connection freezes when pulling up the ship select screen.
Has to be the connection...
If you're Ep1 and 2... you're safe from FSODers on ep3.
