At what point or CLv's did you start getting good stuff offline. I'm currently CLv 50+ offline an just wondering because I have gotten mostly just N4-N1 cards which is kind of depressing. I get R1-R4 stuff but, it's not in a great abundance. Any knowledge would be great.
I started getting R1s around Offline CLv18. You'll start getting S and SS at around CLv 25-30
But you're at level 50 and getting junk? Maybe it's just bad luck

It must be some helluva bad luck then because I have been getting PUUUUUUUUURE junk. This has been like this since my Hunter's License has ran out which hasn't renewed yet.I've gotten 0 S and SS rank cards which is unbelieveable. I still haven't even gotten Dark Meteor. It's not fair!!!!!!!!
JP version is even worse than the US version, I'm over level 60 Offline, no S or SS cards yet, and I know quite a few people over 100 with no S or SSes that haven't been gained through evolutions.
