Anything my ex-boss and/or his wife cooked. Once he had a BBQ at his place but he forgot to buy propane for the grill so he dumped a whole bag of charcoal and a can or two of lighter fluid in the grill and he waited maybe a whole 30 seconds after lighting it to throw the meat on.
Cold fried eggs.
The worst food I ever had?? When my mom makes homemade chicken soup! I learned years ago to stay away from that death trap! She leaves on the skin and the bones and it has this film on the top of it....*shudders* it's really, really gross!
My friend's moms spanish rice...I usually love the stuff..but damn she just can't cook it!

While it is not food, I lost a bet and had to eat a cricket mixed in with chocolate syrup in high school. I think the syrup was bad, and I do not even think where the cricket was before I ate it...
Note to self: Never gamble again...
