    OK, so after 15 days my PSO BB program will stop working, or just my account? Will my friends that comeover to my house still be able to use thier account on my PSO BB Program after the 15 days?

    After 15 days are over for your new account the account itself will be un-playable untill you get a HL

    the game itself will stil work just fine

    so yes your friends can play if they have their own HL or 15 day trail <_<
