I was using my sister's PC, and it does not have Unicode installed.

The thing is, I installed mine when prompted to on a JP site.
But I do not get this prompt with hers (WinXP, too).

So where and how do I install unicode for WinXP ?

Control panel > date, language, regional > add other languages
