Mags can evolve every level thats a multiple of ten, and every multiple of ten thats 100 or over into a special mag. To get a special one, stat 1 + stat 2 = stat 3 + stat 4. stats that are 1, 2, 3, and 4 vary depending on the ID, class, and mag you want.
