I think you need to define the rules for this battle better. For instance, will FOs be allowed? If so, will they be allowed to use other techs besides Foie? Is mat usage allowed? Are we talking about one-on-one style tournament or a giant melee? Will the skill of each player be taken into account?
L200 PVP without getting to keep stuff: HUcast
L200 PVP with no restrictions: any class (Megid or Excalibur, yawn)
PVM solo: RAmarl
PVM team (with support FO): RAcaseal
Is Megid allowed?
When I have battles offline with friends, my Fonewearl seems to be the most deadly, by far. Lv90, she can beat down lv100+ Hunters. Havent tried her against a high level ranger yet though..

It also Depends what lvl? The one with the Walls or standing Pillars. RAs have the best chance
