You need to make a site that is suitable for people with all screen resolutions. It doesn't look too hot in 1280x1024.
I don't think that psow is going to change formats any time soon, so feel free to use that design to make your own pso site :P

oh yea, I forgot about those larger resolution, I just did it that way because 80% of people use 800x600

I don't really like the one you created; I tend to be extremely picky.
I hate the words in the window boarder. When i wasn't foucsed on them, i thought a bug was going across the screen and i attually tried to bat it away. ^ ^;
I like PSOW's layout..it's what everyone is used to, it's easily accesible, doesn't take long to load and works for pretty much every resolution. And it even has themes that fit for it that the users can change as they wish.
