I think it's talking about the GBA hook-up where you can download mini games from the gamecube via the GCN->GBA connector to the GBA's flash memory.

GBA isn't using flash memory =>_<=. It's just plain memory, which is why the downloaded game is lost when the power goes off =x...
Hmm, I guess if I had thought about that, I would have realized it, since you have to flash reset the dreamcast to get rid of an old pso s/n...
A recent topic called "NEW TO PSO? Then go here first" says that they will use Flash Memory
