So I went to my first day of college..

As stated in a thread made by answerman, I am attending Harper Community College. I had my four classes today...

1. English 101
2. Speech 101
3. Philosophy 105
4. Math 080

Classes go from 9:25 AM to 4:10 PM ( ).

Lots of homework (three out of the four courses) and didn't get lunch (couldn't find the dining hall ), but it was still a great day overall.

Ah, first semester of college. What fun.
And no offense, hopefully, but what is Math 080? Basic Math Concepts?

I placed in Math 110... that was fun. Sadly, Math 105... Trig, was harder then 110, College Algebra.

HOWEVER... I did fail Pre-Calc my Senior Year in highschool.

I only go high school, and thats from 9:00am to 4:00pm. So i still have to go longer than you

Might just throw in an electrical computer engineering course if I think I can handle it.

No offense taken

It's a non-transferable credit class that is mostly a review of math concepts and introduces fundamental concepts of algebra.

I was hoping to get into Math 101 or something a little higher so that I would have to take less classes for my Applied Science degree for Computer Science, but I might as well take the advantage of reviewing some concepts and equations before I go on to other...higher classes...

If it requires standing next to a bunch of smokers, then I did it already

No really, there are so many designated smoking areas...somehow, those three words together sound funny as hell

But as soon as I opened the doors from one building just to get to another building, I (sometimes) get swarmed with smokers and their cigarette smoke (no offense to anyone here).

Mine's from 7:15 to 2:15...

Except every other Wednesday. Then it's 7:15 to 1:00.
