I was just looking PSU up on ign.com, and there was an article showing a bad guy from PSU. Here's what it says :

Alfort Tylor
A space pirate who is viewed with awe from his fellow rogues, Alfort's principle is "Kill not uselessly, deprive not the poor and betray not others". He avoids acts of violence whenever possible, using it only as a means of last resort. He is the captain of Pirate Ship "Landeel."

There are also a trio of brothers [ Hiru, No and Do Vol...what odd names ].
