If you have info or have seen him post here for I am collecting info and stories on him.

i have hear of this story before and got ot wondering about it myself i forgot who told me it but the person who told me it claims he saw him but i forgot what his name was i will try and find him and tell him you are wantin info on this

Well the only one I can say had a right to call himself a 'God' in PSO was Promethias. I'll never forget that guy. DC PSO though. It just DIDN'T matter how many Dominions were on him, he would not die, and he was very much legit.

Before I read the rest of your post though, I was instantly reminded of SNK. Couldnt use techs, but one badass Hucaseal.

Okay, there are several things that seem to make this myth false.

If this level 200 was a player, how is he still playing after all this time of legend? And how is he in a game without other players knowing?
How on Ragol would he have been hit by such an attack? There shouldn't be anything in ST's programming that allows an enemy to use a move like that. After being attacked, how did his body vanish? (You mentioned he didn't come back. How did this happen?)

I ahve a few words for you" Don't kill the messenger!" I heard this and was interested, my friend may have made this shiz up. I don't know. I have heard of a dude like this but maybe not as elaborate as it says, row of grants or whatever.
All I know is that a few people have responded optimistically, don't be so pestimistic.
