I probably misspelled that but oh well.
I was just wondering if anyone knew offhand what char level / game difficulty combination would yeild halbrets in the shop with up to 50hit. I'll experiment on my own as well, it's just that I don't really have a char. in the 20-60 range right now. I hope that that's not where it is, or I'll have to dump my spare mind mats into a throw away newman and nuke up a piper. :j
A Bluefull above level 80 I think should be able to get plenty of Partisan class weapons with up to 50% Hit in the shops.
Problem is that they come with really crappy specials.
No Charge Berdys with 50% hit in sight.

Keep checking back as you level up.
I've seen many a Charge Breaker or Berdys around with 50% hit in the shops.
