Man's got a point.
The only officially released ones were Sephiroth, Vincent, and Tifa. And even then, the packaging would be in a black box (cube-like) with plastic casing to keep them in place.
Oh, and due to the fact that the official set had three, there can't be a "collect all four figures!" label! That, and when was the last time SE wrote "squareenix products" ? Without the logo? Turn it around and look for the made in china seal too.

On a personal note though, I can probably buy all that for about $30-45 in downtown chinatown, ny.

Naw, the sword isn't in FF, i just took pictures of it for fun. Oh, and that poster, i put it up to make my friend Keita jealous because he wants to play Dead Or Alive 4. I don't have an XBox, let alone a 360 to play it anyways.

About the "bootleg" figures, just below the plastic packaging, it has a Square Enix copyright. And even if they arn't official, meh, they look cool.
