That really a subjective question. Right now, I have Skyly, but my personal fav is probably Yellowboze, 'cause I'm a greedy little punk. Money'll buy almost anything.

If you're Force, it's definitely Pinkal, I'd say.
It depends on what you want to use. Pinkal is my fav for Forces. Skyly is my fav Hunter because I like to use swords. Oran is good if you like daggers and twins. Viridia and Greennill are great for Rangers. But it really depends on what you want to use.

Let's not forget to add Redria for people who wants to have some GOOD protection, though I can't really guarantee that such people will always find what they seek.....

And back to the topic at hand, My best friend is a Redria, so I get all the armor crap I want for free. Did you hear me, freeeeeee. I give him stuff that he can't get as well, so it works great for both of us.
I'm a Skyly Hucast, and that always worked for me.
I'd find alot of tech disks and nice weapons, so I'd keep the best stuff for myself and hand out the rest to anyone that wanted it. And I could always sell the stuff at the merchants to make easy money.
Eventually I was giving out 500k to random people because I kept getting so much on character and in the bank.

Since when does Skyly find lots of disks.Thats wierd.Oh well it'll be good for a HUmar like i'm gona be.By the way,totaly off the subject are HUmars good characters? This is gona be my first time being a HUmar when i get the x-box version
