I recently heard from someone online that you can download the game, even if you didn't get accepted or even applied for beta. Then once you do that, you can load the game and do just the character creation.
Am I hearing right? or is this just a bunch of bull?
I'd like to know, because if I can, Im going to plan my characters for when it comes out.

You need a username and password to be able to download the client legitly. As for the Character Creation tool, there is a hack you can apply to the client, but you are not allowed to ask about it on this forum.
