For the mouth & eyes one:
If it is used, I'd say go with KodiaX's. Its coloring makes it known that it isn't a , and the placing of the facial features is slightly better (the mouth and one of the eyes on the red one seem to be touching the side/border).

You didn't answer my question. I asked what emotion a wacko gives... the disapprove is self-exclamitory.

I use wacko to denote when I'm being sarcastic, silly, joking, or when I say something off-color or otherwise weird.

I like the one Shuri presented better. It's a light orange so it contrasts with the black facial expression making it look a lot clearer.

It looks as if something has really confused it, and it's trying to figure something out. I could see it as a "WTF" icon. The thing I find funny about it is I make a similar expression when thinking. Head tilted slightly, eyes roll up, and one corner of mouth stretches XD
