It's not hard to realize what discko is once you've gone through the list of smilies, however. They may not get it right away but they will figure out that is a combination of wacko and disapprove.

.jpeg can handle transpency so you would have to get an application that allows you to save it as a .png file. Don't worry about the background, I'll handle it.

In regards to the old "pointless" icons, those were added long before most of us ever heard of the site. Just because they aren't used as much as some of the other icons doesn't mean new ones can be added indiscriminately.

Based on the conversation I've seen in this thread, I get the feeling that disko needs to mature a bit before it can be added as a board icon.
