I like that method than using credit cards or any form of bank methods.

Such as Xbox Live Gold subscription and MS point cards, you can just buy a card at the store and scratch off the code on the back and input the numbers to sign up for a year subscription, and you can renew your account this way too.

I pay for these cards in cash and it's less of a hassle than managing a credit card. This way I won't be in debt.

Do you think Sega Net/ PSU online service will offer something like that to easily pay up front without using credit cards or other stuff like that?

They haven't in the past, so I kinda doubt it honestly. But the past isn't always an indication of what's to come, so at this point we really just don't know.

I think the easiest solution is to just use a debit card.

Yeah, debit cards work fine. I've used mine for PSO since v2 without a problem for both US and Japanese versions of the games.

That'd be cool if they had pre-paid cards, though. Maybe if we ask enough, they'll introduce them,

Debit cards can be bought from banks right?

you just pay cash for the card and the debit card value has that amount and you just use the number code when you wanna spend it on something that requires a credit card, right?

Debit cards basically act like checks would. Just go open an account with a bank, get a debit card, and you can use it similarly to checks but with credit card functionality. But make sure that you put money in your account.

oh so debit cards take the money out of the bank. it doesn't already have the value imprinted on it from pre-payment.

okay then I'll just get some pre-paid credit cards.

One of my friends said that prepaid cards were announced at E3.

I wouldnt be suprised if that were a rumor.
