Whenever I get a new PM the PM box comes up and tells me I have a new one.
When I click it where it says "click here" it does nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

It could be a browser setting on how to deal with pop-up. If you want to see your PM, just use the link 'Inbox' at the bottom of every forum listing, or forum index.
