PM Notification Window Bug

Today I've had this in my pop up window for PM's. The rest of the contents in the window are fine, just this is stuck at the top.

I had my sister's account lawked up after I could create my own account ;3. There was some freaky php bug in the code that added $ to the passwords, or something =>_>=;;;;
