I kinda want an Xbox but I'm not really sure what games to buy besides Halo, DOA3, and Morrowind. Any recommendations or suggestions?

Just four words:
DOA Xtreme Beach Volleyball
This is the only reason I'm getting a Xbox. NTSC USA version with VGA box, because it's even cheaper that the PAL ver.

Im sure there are pleanty of reasons in there.
Lazy bored. Crazy stupid.
Let's see, good games that I've played on Xbox:
Halo
DOA3
Jet Set Radio Future
GUNVALKYRIE
Blinx
Robotech: Battlecry
(I haven't played the Xbox version of Morrowind, I have the PC version, and the whole thing got kind of boring to me)
Each one of these games is really fun, and is also pretty long (Exception: DOA3).
Here's some games that look good coming to the Xbox:
Panzer Dragoon Orta
Phantom Crash
MechAssault
Halo 2
Fable
Steel Battalion
StarCraft: Ghost (also coming to PS2 and GameCube)
Shenmue 2
Malice (also coming to PS2)
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (also coming to PC)
Ninja Gaiden
Sudeki
Murakumo
Otogi
PSO (of course)
And there's more, but I don't feel like listing them.
ProTip: To damage your credibility, simply call any of the Phantasy Star games "massively-multiplayer."
I can't wait till Shenmue II comes out this Tuesday!! I wonder what 'Shenmue: The Movie' Will be like... it supposedly is a separate DVD included with it...
Also, PSO is supposed to come out right after Xbox Live launch in like 3 weeks (I HOPE!!)
2 Words, Splinter Cell
Shenmue: The Movie DVD that comes with Shenmue 2 just has all the cutscenes in Shenmue put into a movie-like format and slapped on a DVD for people that haven't played/finished the first game can know what's going on in the second one.On 2002-10-27 12:39, MoNoMaTe_MoNkEy wrote:

Halo and Halo 2 make it worth it in itself. So will Steel Battalion, when it comes out (if you're willing to drop another 200 bucks for the controller XP)
I'll say that Steel Battalion would easily be a reason to buy an X-box. If you can afford it.
Same with Halo and Halo 2, and the myriad of other great games coming out. You're bound to find something you love.
Look, he did it again.
