Wouldn't that just be cool? Make a huge and long story that combines already known characters such as Squall from FF8 and PSO characters such as Rika. I'd like your opinions gents and ladies. Would this fusion work?

Idt so. I think itll ruin the series of ff and get ppl confuse like, "wtf?"
I don't want a Dark Falz that's a piece of cake at level 20 and an impossible bitch at level 99.
Nor do I want a full motion picture. I wanna play Phantasy Star, period.
"Sword logic? That's cute."
I'm more inclined to think it's the other way around. Rika would probably have killed herself if her first exposure to another person was Squall.
"Hey Seed, how come this guy is a giant angsty crybaby pansy?"
Ruin the FF series?... oh sorry they already went there. On 2006-08-15 05:45, AlaskaMan wrote:

But in actuality this is not a great idea. Crossovers usually tend to suck, also the settings are completely different.
No, never.
Final Fantasy and Phantasy Star just shouldn't be mixed. There'd be too many arguments of how to spell 'fantasy'
HUnewearl power since 2003. NGS Official Creator (SectionSkyly)
And what would it be called?
Let me think.
A game where you have to constantly be in a party to stand a chance against the ferocious boomas (that alone is pretty lol), and nobody will accept you into a party unless you're a FO? (on top of that, £8.99 per character)

No, flat out and simple, they are compketely different series, and trying to pull off ANOTHER Kindom Hearts could be near impossible
...No. Terrible idea.
And I like the idea that Phantasy Star doesn't have a "huge and long story." PSO's not particularly story-heavy, but the older Phantasy Star games have just as much story as any FF game.
