DDR woes

Today Pixel and I played Dance Dance Revolution for the first time....It was a sad sad day for the white man. We confirmed that white guys cant dance.

Mr. Frink...Your're not the only one with this problem..You see I can play DDR on a controller pretty well...But when it comes to going arcade with it... My whole family sucks...We can't dance! Noooo! Darned Afronova!!!

*note* If you just so happen to play again...Never...ever...ever...choose that Afronova song...it's evil!!! (I can do it pretty well on that PS1 controller! Yeah!) The fast tempo will have more than your legs hurting...trust me... And so, this song is one of the reasons I don't want to play DDR in public...

Speaking of DDR, DDR MAX for the PS2 just came out a couple of days ago for the PS2, so maybe you want to work up your skills at home...?

Hehe, oh, and if you think Afronova's hard then you should definately pick up DDR MAX and try out Max300...alot harder.

(Although MaxX Unlimited is alot harder, that's not on any US release yet, so I'll just keep that to myself...)

haha, the first time is ALWAYS horrible. you just have to live with it i guess.

and afronova isnt that hard with practice.

I remember playing it for the first time.
I was really really new to the game.

I was looking for the Beginner setting but accidentaly pressed it for Intermediate without knowing it. I picked a song and proceeded to hit my first key and miss nearly all of the others. I walked away from the machine after that first song and didn't know you could play for three songs. My little brother then took over the rest of the two songs.
About an hour later I watched two girls play it on Hard or whatever setting that was the hardest. They were like hitting every beat for "Perfects!" Well I guess girls are better at it than the average guy. =/

Oh and I've watched caucasian players play DDR including the stereotype "white guy" and he was pretty good. He must have memorized the songs or whatnot.

He must be 1/32 Asian (joking).

DDR needs a White Guy mode.

I'm a lil' bit of both and I still can't suffice in DDR.
"White Guy" mode would rule, but then again be so wrong.

caucasian if the closest to asian i will ever get. Mabye if i keep calling myself caucasian i will get better at the game.
