Yes
We have heard no news indicating otherwise since it was revealed that the Xbox 360 servers were going to be seperate. In the absence of contradictory news, it can be assumed the plans haven't changed.
Of course, if they are releasing the 360 version at the same time as the PS2 and PC versions in the US (as seems to be implied on the SoA website), then there's always the possibility. A later release date was the reason given for seperating the servers in the first place.
