Has there been any news on when US pre-ordering begins? and what are the pre-ordering bonus if there is one?

I already pre-ordered and paid off my copy at gamestop here in California. Just need to pick it up when they call me

Dunno if they have anything special for pre-ordering though.

Yep thats what I did. I went to Gamestop.com and pre-ordered it, it said that it should be shipped to me by Oct, 24th.
