Hey, I am with the section ID whitill (RAmar) and rare stuff for me is star atomizer i can never find one, From the guide am i suppose to find slicers? well its not true.. I didn't find anything~!

you do find slicers when your level is higher......I'm whitill and they even sell tons of Diska of Braveman in my shop.....
my first character is lvl 70 ramar w/ whitill ID and i HATE it. i find at least 15 slicers per area. My new guy is a HUmar, i made him skylylvl 23 in 4 hours played w00t, need to lvl him fast so i can rejoin Athian in very hard
