This is for anyone who may have purchased a GL prior to the initial stoppage, and information regarding GL purchases moving forward into Live time.

*Announcement regarding Guardians' License purchasers

The following is a guide for those who had purchased Guardians' Licenses prior to the initial service stoppage.

*Purchasers of recurring credit card licenses

When the initial service stoppage occured, we also halted processing any credit card information accordingly. Eventhough consigning rights to begin monthly billing was authorized by the user at that time, we did not process them and safely disposed of stored billing information.
If you wish to pursue this method of billing once Guardians' Licenses are available again, we ask you resubmit your information.

*Purchasers of 30-day game tickets (SEGAcash/SEGAmileage/NetCash)

For those who have already applied and were charged for 30 days of playtime, your 30 day period will begin after the additional 30-day trial ends (November 1, 2006).

((Verification of Expiration Date in SEGAlink))
The expiration Date will be properly reflected for all users after extended maintenance on October 4. Though most users had their information properly edited during SEGAlink Maintenance on September 26th, we were unable to complete all of them.

*Mail correspondance for registrants

We will send emails to all SEGAlink registrants after the maintenance starting on October 4th. We ask that you confirm the email address on your SEGALink account before that time.

((Verification of Profile Information))

Verification and Editing of SEGAlink user profiles will again be available after the extended maintenance. Simply login to your account and select "Profile Information"

*Regarding Guardians' License purchases beyond 30 days

Until October 24th, purchases of 30-day Guardians' Lisence extensions will only be available to those who registered their game key AFTER server stoppage in September. All other users should be under the free trial extension up to that point. After October 24th, all other users will be able to purchase 30-day Licsences.

*Free Trial extensions and 30-day License purchases

Because there were some who had purchased Guardians' Licenses during the initial trial prior to the server stoppage, the end dates according to SEGAlink were originally different for each user. Due to our decision to extend the free trials for certain users, we decided to restart the free trial after the upcoming 'reopening'. In order to ensure your trial or Guardians' Licensing information is accurate, we ask that you verify all data on your account.
(This does not affect Recurring CC charge License customers)
