The Ruins: What are they?

This is something that I've been wondering for a while now, and I thought I'd just pick some brains.

What do you think the Ruins actually are, and why? Please explain your answer...

So like. It's a prison space ship so that Falz couldn't attack anyone. You find him and destroy him, i'm not so sure where you go at the end where you fight him but I'm guessing it's somewhere on Coral.

i've only played phantasy star 2 and i havent even beaten it completely but from what i've read, i think it might be the spaceship noah. i read somewhere that it crashed, so maybe ragol was the planet it crashed on.

I highly doubt that it has ANYTHING to do with the original PS games

and by the way Palma was destroyed in the origanal series.

Palma was destroyed, yes but; to quote Rika, "some tens of ships" escaped the Algo solar system before the cataclysm.

Where did they go?

It is known that a) at least one worldship had a DF on it (Alisa III), and b) there can be multiple DFs (see PSIV), ergo, there may have been more than one worldship with a DF on it.

Again- where did they all go?

Well, to be truthful, I've never played any PS, Only PSO
